Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)
CBT-I is considered the single most effective treatment for chronic insomnia. In just four to six sessions, you can learn to leverage your body’s natural sleep systems to help you fall asleep, stay asleep, improve sleep quality, and stop using sleeping pills.
